I take approximately 2-3 business days to personalize your item/s (send your first digital proof to your e-mail).
Once you approve the design the printing/production takes approximately 3-5 business days.
Shipping within US takes another few days up to a week depending on location. Your order is shipped with USPS Flat Rate with a tracking number.

Yes, I require a purchase to be before I start personalizing your item/s.
Once I sent your digital proof for approval you are allowed to make as many changes as needed until you are 100% happy with the design.
All items are digitally created by me at my home studio and then expertly printed by my printing Partners in USA.

You are responsible to provide me with all necessary and correct information for your personalized item/s and also make sure everything is correct on your digital proof.
If a mistake is made by me I will always replace your item free of charge. If the mistake is made by you I will gladly offer a discount towards your corrected item.
In occasion that your item arrives with a flaw or is damaged during transit I will gladly replace it free of charge for you. Please make sure to contact me with your concern and some pictures of the damage and I will make sure to take care of the issue.
